Department Of Mechnanical Engineering |
Mechanical engineering is core branches of engineering. It practically interfaces with all branches of engineering. Mechanical engineering applies principles of equipments and machineries, power generating plants and material science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
From beginning of the college in 2007 the Department of Mechanical Engineering has been active in molding a large number of engineers, each unique in his own right. It has highly qualified and experienced faculties with industrial, research & teaching background.
The department of Mechanical Engineering has well equipped laboratories as per the Examination scheme of RGPV Bhopal. The Department is also supported by a high end workshop where all trades of Mechanical Engineering like Fitting, Welding, Machining, Smithy, Foundry and Carpentry exist with a group of experts and experienced technicians to demonstrate the practicalities of the trade.
The students enthusiastically undertake project in such exciting emerging fields like Robotics and Non-conventional energy, guided by the teachers of the Department. |
