The Program Educational Objectives (PEO) developed for the B.E. Computer Science and Engineering are

• will have the fundamental knowledge in mathematics, science and engineering concepts for the development of engineering systems (Dev. Eng. Systems).
• will be able to apply current industry practices and emerging technologies to analyze, design, implement, test and verify computing systems and computer based solutions to real world problems. (design and develop)
• will be able to use appropriate skill sets towards addressing social issues resulting from the use of computing technologies (address social issues).
• will succeed in team work and will have good communication skills (team work and communication).
• Twill practice professionally and ethically in various positions in industry or government and/or succeed in graduate or other professional schools (professionalism) will function as successful engineers, managers, scientists, researchers, innovators or entrepreneurs meeting global industrial requirements (professional contribution).

• Typically start as development engineers and graduate to higher career options as architects, technical leaders and managers
